AI Models Map provides algorithmically generated rankings and analysis of artificial intelligence models across categories such as coding, image generation, and video generation. Rankings are algorithmically generated and do not constitute investment advice, business advice, or endorsements. They are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify our scoring methodology, data sources, category weights, and ranking algorithms at any time. Such changes will be documented in our public changelog.

3. User Accounts

We reserve the right to revoke API access for any account that violates these terms, engages in excessive usage, or uses the API in a manner that degrades service quality for other users.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, scoring algorithms, aggregated data, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by AI Market Cap and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The names, logos, and trademarks of AI models listed on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with AI Models Map.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may submit reviews, ratings, and other content ("User Content") to the Service. By submitting User Content, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service.
• Represent that your reviews are honest, based on your first-hand experience with the AI model, and not misleading.
• Agree not to submit content that is defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or that infringes on any third party's rights.
• Acknowledge that we may remove User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inappropriate.

We do not endorse any User Content and are not responsible for any opinions, advice, or recommendations expressed therein.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Rankings, scores, or other data are perfectly accurate or complete.
• The results of using the Service will meet your specific requirements.

Data is aggregated from third-party sources, and while we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the reliability of all upstream data. Rankings should be used as one factor among many when evaluating AI models.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Models Map and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
